It’s a reality that things break, get worn out, or are damaged by accident. Eventually this will also happen to your shadeport, carport, or patio cover.

And they are often the first thing that a visitor to your building or home will see.

The generally robust nature of shade installations means that repairs and maintenance are often of a minor nature. But our undertaking is that we will respond to any request for maintenance no matter how small the job may be.

Our MAINTENANCE services include

– Routine maintenance: we provide a full service, from net re-stitching to full structure refurbishment. Where possible, we work on-site to provide a quick turnaround with minimal inconvenience to users. In high traffic environments we will work over weekends if necessary.

– Preventative maintenance: by agreement we will regularly monitor the condition of all shadeports or carports in a customer’s parking lot. The purpose is to identify, and rectify, minor problems before they become major repairs.

– Weather damage: the exposed location of shade installations means that they are prone to damage by the elements. Usually the damage is relatively minor, but we give priority to these cases so that the parking area can continue to function.

– Accidental damage: usually caused by vehicles colliding with a shade installation. This damage is frequently quite severe and requires priority  attention so we provide a same-day service guarantee if, in the customer’s opinion, the installation is in a dangerous condition or is an obstruction.

INSURANCE ASSISTANCE

It isn’t necessarily true that your insurance company will do its best to avoid paying your claim. It is however true that they will make sure that your claim is valid and reasonable before they pay.

Our extensive and in-depth knowledge of insurance coverage and exclusions, as well as claim procedures, enables us to advise you whether you have a valid claim against your policy. We will also assist you to collate and submit the information your insurer will require without expectation of being awarded the repair contract.
